If you change your mind before your working has been started, write to melinora@spellsbymelinora.com with your order email and you will receive a full refund.
A working is personal time and craft given to your wish alone, and it cannot be undone or resold. Once your working has been carried out and your written record has been sent, the order is not refundable.
If you have not received your written record within two days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then write to us. We will resend it, and if it cannot be delivered you will be refunded in full.
